This is the time to go through the house with a professional inspector to see how well maintained and what kind of shape the home is in. When buying a house, it's important to know what condition the property is in before you close. If substantial repairs are needed, we will renegotiate this with the seller.

The lender will order a professional appraiser to physically assess the home to be sure of the correct value.  If the value is determined to be less than the agreed upon amount, we will renegotiate this with the seller.

We will work closely with the lender, title company, appraiser and all interested parties to ensure everything is taken care of for a smooth and successful close.

We will accompany you first to the home to be sure it is exactly as it should be, and then to the title company for the final signing of all documents.  When the funding is complete you will receive the keys to your new home!
